CRNA opportunity(s) in Pinehurst, NC - Location: Pinehurst, NC; Fayetteville 40m Opportunity Highlights: - Full time; 36 or more hours per week- Day shift; 7am-3pm (May Vary)- 2-3 full-time CRNA positions available- SRNAs are welcome to apply!- Hospital employed FT position (W2)- Flexible Schedule (combination of 5-8s, 2-8s/2-12s, 4-10s)- Self-scheduling for weekend shifts- Primarily based at Moore Regional Hospital (18 ORs/GI Lab, Cath Lab), with the potential to rotate through the other campuses: Hoke (2 ORs), Rockingham (3 ORs/GI Lab, Pulmonology), and Troy (1 OR/GI Lab)- Fast-paced environment, efficient OR turnovers- Exposure to a diversity of cases, with patients of all ages and ASA levels in General, Ortho, OB (C-section), GYN, Vascular, Neuro, Robot, GI, Bronchoscopy, and low volume Peds cases- Minimal C-section Call- Cardiac cases/call handled by a dedicated team of Cardiac CRNAs- Anesthesia Care Team Model (4:1) with easy access to a collegial group of Anesthesiologists- SRNA clinical site for neighboring Nurse Anesthesia schools (Duke and UNC-G) Requirements: - NC RN License- Completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program- Certification or eligibility by the NBCRNA Compensation and benefits: - Competitive base salary- Sign-on bonus for experienced applicants- Retention bonus currently offered- Relocation Stipend- Loan Repayment for New/Recent Grads (within 3 years of graduating)- PSLF loan forgiveness available, due to not-for-profit (501c3) status- 6.7 weeks of paid vacation + 1 Continuing Education week (40 hours)- Continuing Education reimbursement ($2900/year)- Health, life, and disability benefits- Highly competitive rates for call-back, overtime, & weekends- W2 Premium Pay option available in lieu of benefits About the Community: - Micropolitan area located in world-renowned Sandhills area of NC - Home of American Golf, world-renowned golf course Pinehurst , and new headquarters for the USGA.- Equestrian lovers rejoice!
