Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Wilson Medical Center. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our ICU and IMU units. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and experiences.Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in our ICU and IMU units.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication administration, and lab results.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and patient satisfaction.Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Nursing or BSN preferred.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
  • Meditech experience required.
  • Ability to work 7A or 7P shifts with 36 hours of guaranteed weekly hours.
  • Flexibility to work every other or every third weekend.Unit Information:
    • 16-bed ICU and IMU unit with a patient ratio of 2:1 in ICU and 3:1 in IMU.
    • State-of-the-art equipment, including cardiac monitors, Hill-Rom Progressive Care series with bed scale, and Baxter IV pumps.
