About the role
Supervises the day-to-day service solutions of an assigned team
and/or sub-contractors to ensure services are delivered in a safe,
compliant, and timely manner within budget.
What You'll Do:
Supervisory responsibilities
Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single
functional or operational area. Recommends staff recruitment,
selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and
termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and
utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers
performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members
to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models
behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Bachelors degree in electrical, mechanical or chemical engineering
is preferred. Minimum of two years of related experience and/or
training. Associates degree preferred in scientific field of study
preferred or equivalent related work experience.
Five years relevant field experience in laboratory and / or
manufacturing pharmaceutical or equivalent regulated environments
required. Knowledge of analytical instrument maintenance and / or
laboratory technical services. Applicable regulatory guidelines and
audit experience.
Previous supervisory experience
