--- Be available for case discussions with nurse practitioners.
--- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, health histories, and physical examinations.
--- Educate patients within the Primary Care team setting.
--- Manage outpatient care for scheduled and unscheduled patients.
--- Order and evaluate diagnostic tests, recommend treatments or referrals.
--- Document health appraisals, clinical assessments, treatment decisions, and care plans using electronic records.
--- Order medications, diagnostic tests, and referrals for optimal patient care.
--- Fulfill other duties as outlined by the facility.
