Need Christmas Day on call coverage (ortho/CVA only) and New Year---s Day coverage; but these are NOT requirements for a potential offer Duration of assignment: 13 weeks Acute hospital 1-2 years experience Experience in acute preferred Some cross coverage to Outpt possible Avg census: 115 EMR for your facility: Meditech acute; WebPT outpt Scrub colors / dress code: scrubs --- any color Parking Location: front of hospital Required Qualifications Physical Therapist, Acute Experience: 1 year PT(Compact Accepted) SSN Required DOB Required Preferred Qualifications Preferred experience level?
