Internal Medicine opportunity in Morehead City, NC Located on the NC coast - just minutes from the ocean and located along Bogue Sound Position Details: - Full-time, permanent position- Employed- Outpatient only- Call schedule is phone call only (which is about once every 30 days).- Job Summary: Diagnose, treat, and manage diseases and conditions that affect the general well-being of adult men and women. Duties will include, but not limited to: performing examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic and screening tests, prescribing and ordering medication as appropriate for patients' medical conditions, and referring patients for further care as clinically appropriate. Minimum Requirements: - Possession and maintenance of a Physician's License from the State of North Carolina and certifications from the DEA. - Must be a member in good standing of the Medical Staff of the hospital. - Board Certified or Board Eligible required.
