Job Description:

2nd Shift Positions (must train on 1st)



Set up and assemble Continuous Thermal Overheat Sensors.


-Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly instructions, assembly processes specification, test reports, and test procedures.


-Inspects products for any imperfections, surface defects, missing parts, etc.


-Responsible for quality product standards with no defects.


-Meet customer deadlines


-Responsible for building parts that meet customer expectations.


-Responsible to comply with applicable elements of quality systems.


-Participate in cost reduction plans and continuous improvement plans/events, as required.


-Participate in all EH&S required programs including hazardous waste disposal.


-Acquire applicable skill/knowledge/certifications as required.


-Provides training and support to others for routine problems.



Education


-High school diploma or equivalent is required



Experience/Qualifications


Experience- 3-5 years in a manufacturing setting required -- Machining exp. preferred


Solid work history


-Ability to follow assembly instruction.


-Must be able to effectively work in an environment requiring repetitive job responsibilities.


-Must have hand/eye coordination.


-Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.


-Basic math skills


-Ability to handle and manipulate small parts.


-Ability to understand end uses of products being built.
