Job Description:
This position coordinates total nursing care for patients,
participates in patient and family teaching, acts as a patient
advocate and works as part of a team with ancillary and non-nursing
departments.Reports to Department DirectorMinimum Education
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent - Required
Associate's degree - Required
Bachelor's degree --- Preferred -

Required Skills:
- Ability to understand, communicate, and react effectively to
patient and family needs
- Critical thinking
- Work well under pressure while keeping calm and maintaining
customer focus
Required License/Certifications:
- Current/active North Carolina or compact RN license
- BLS required, or obtained during first week of hireEqual
