Job Description:

The Greer Group is hiring 2nd shift machine operators for our Manufacturing client located on the outskirts of Raleigh, NC! This is a temp to hire position. Hours are 6:00 pm-6:00 am (Monday-Thursday). Possible OT on Fridays!

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate production equipment such as winders, ovens, kneaders, and other machinery according to detailed specifications.
Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet all functional, cosmetic, and quality standards.
Maintain efficiency and ensure smooth workflow while following safety protocols.
Keeps inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean.
Learns and adheres to workplace safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: At least one year of experience in machine operation, material handling, or a similar production role is preferred, but on-the-job training is available.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Shift Availability: Must be available to work 12-hour shifts, with both day and night shift options available.
